        • Success criteria: Finished product meets the qualities of an effective website.
        • Your planning sheet is signed by Ozias.
          • Create a Group Planning document (on paper or electronically) that goes through the first two steps of the design process by answering these questions:
            1. What is our purpose?
            2. What are our requirements?
            3. What is our content?
          • The more specific your answers are to those questions, the easier the final project will come together.
          • Success criteria: Document accurately reflects the goals from the entry document and is approved by Mr. O.

      • Activity: gather feedback on your website:
        • Write down three things you want your testing group to find on your site. Observe while they try to do so. Make note of any problems they have.
        • Ask your testing group to evaluate your website using the rubric.
        • Using your notes and the rubrics from the testing group, list and prioritize changes you need to make to your website. Then make them.
        • Success Criteria: you are able to explain the results of your testing and how you used it to improve your website during your presentation.
